How many sessions do I need?
Journeywork follows a different approach to Counselling. The body is the guide of the session rather than the mind. This process makes sure that your mind is not running the process. By allowing your body to be your guide, you fall into surrendering to whatever that needs to be revealed about your issue.
As a guideline, an average of 3 to 4 sessions have proven to be ideal for people to clear out deep core beliefs and create healthy new ways to live their life in freedom. After the 3 sessions, people come back when they have something in particular they want to work on. There are many who use The Journey technique as a regular 'springclean' process and come back regularly.
